WHO WE ARE
The Arrosticino-Food Truck was born following a "homemade" project
and the complete renovation of our Truck.
A project that reflects our personalities, developed and implemented personally and elaborated according to a healthy concept of food.
Our route starts from Abruzzo, the land of origin, until reaching Lombardy. Our Truck is similar to a small house, welcoming and with attention to detail, adorned with white diamond tiles that recall the warmth and atmosphere
of a small home kitchen.
Our mission is to share and make known more and more a
unique product in the world, the Arrosticino Abruzzese,
aiming for the highest quality and working it in a completely new way.
We take you to discover our Abruzzo cuisine in Lombardy and not only, during Events, Festivals, Corporate/Private Catering and Weddings.
Cooking is our distinctive character; we do not use the classic "fornacella" with embers (thus also respecting the environment), but rather a
cutting-edge electric machine capable of enhancing
the flavors and make the meat lighter and more digestible,
preserving its authentic taste!
We have carefully studied and selected the products that they are part
of our Menu, offering a service quality and above all great tasting dishes.
